The spacious Living Room with its unique coastal vibe offers comfortable seating and a huge TV with a sound bar and cable TV service, along with a firestick (so you can watch Netflix if you have an account). Sliding glass doors lead to your very large Screened In Lanai overlooking the lake and springs where you can enjoy hours of peace and solitude. There's a table and chairs out on the Lanai for dining al fresco, along with lounge chairs to relax with a glass of wine and a good book.
The Kitchen layout is perfect with white granite countertops that sparkle and a breakfast bar with four bar stools. Kitchen comes completely equipped with all new appliances, cookware, tableware and dishware...service for 8! The owner loves to cook and entertain and consequently has outfitted her Kitchen accordingly. There's a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry area adjacent to the Kitchen.
The Office/Den is designed for any one to be happy working remotely. A full executive desk and comfortable desk chair, a copier and TV. Just bring your laptop! Best of all there's a huge window with a beautiful view of the tropical landscaping creating a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of light. Tucked in on one side is a Trundle Bed (two singles) to accommodate two overnight guests.
